Zeshan Q. Khan is an associate at Resolve Legal, PLLC, in Seattle. He practices in the areas of reorganization, insolvency, receivership, bankruptcy issues, and consumer protection. After graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law, in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Khan began his litigation training at then-Johnson, Graffe, Keay, & Moniz in the area of medical malpractice defense. Mr. Khan then returned to school to earn his Masters in Law (LL.M.) in the law of Sustainable International Development, but chose afterward to clerk for the Honorable Sen Tan in the Third Judicial District of Alaska. Eschewing the Alaska winter, Mr. Khan returned to Seattle to further his litigation practice.

Mr. Khan is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and King County Bar Association.

Pending Mr. Khan's promise to "buy a deserted island and have friends over," Mr. Khan spends his diminishing free time as an avid runner, soccer player, snowboarder, world traveler and photographer.
