Thao Nguyen is a certified paralegal, certified bankruptcy assistant and an integral part of the Resolve Legal team.  Ms. Nguyen has been with Resolve for over ten years, and works extensively with corporate and individual debtors in preparing the financial reporting, claim information and document preparation required by the Bankruptcy Court. While Ms. Nguyen has used her expertise to prepare bankruptcy schedules for a corporation with over $250 million in debt and over a thousand creditors, she finds equal satisfaction in working with individuals experiencing financial difficulty. As a result, Ms. Nguyen oversees and administrates Resolve Legal's consumer activities, and has extensive knowledge of the bankruptcy process, particularly the Chapter 13 practice. Ms. Nguyen is active in numerous civic organizations. She is fascinated by the annals of true crime.
