Shelly Crocker is a founding member and managing partner of Resolve Legal PLLC. She practices in the areas of reorganization, insolvency, and consumer bankruptcy issues. She also represents individuals against debt collectors who have violated state or federal laws, and victims of predatory lending practices. She has been named a Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics magazine, and a Top Lawyer by Seattle Magazine and Washington CEO. She is rated a 10 of 10 by Avvo.  Prior to founding Crocker Kuno, Resolve Legal's commercial counterpart, Ms. Crocker practiced in the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Group of Perkins Coie. She also served as law clerk to the Honorable Barbara Durham, Washington State Supreme Court. In addition to her volunteer activities, Ms. Crocker enjoys family camping trips, gardening, and cooking. She is an avid fiction reader in the little spare time that remains.
