Keith Swanson is one of our newest legal assistants having come from Atlanta, Georgia in June 2008, and brought over 10 years of creditor and consumer bankruptcy experience with him. Keith’s experience working with two of the largest creditor and consumer bankruptcy law firms in the Southeast brought a new and fresh ingredient to our Resolve Legal team.

Keith works closely with new consumer clients, providing assistance and review of all information and documentation coming from our clients. With this information, Keith creates bankruptcy schedules for each consumer case we file as he works alongside our team of attorneys.

Keith enjoys spending time outside hiking and exploring with his wife, Vesna, and two stepdaughters, Nika and Vesna; and spending time reading inside with their two cats, Sasha and Sergei. He is an avid supporter of the Georgia Tech Yellowjackets.
