Jamie McFarlane assists consumer debtors in resolving financial distress, whether it be relief under the Bankruptcy Code or negotiating with a client’s creditors for a debt workout. Mr. McFarlane also focuses on consumer rights litigation, including prosecutions against abusive collection activities under federal and state law and analyzing loan documents for predatory lending actions. Before joining Crocker Kuno, Mr. McFarlane advocated for citizens in need at Kittitas County Volunteer Legal Services and the Fremont Public Association.

During his free time, Mr. McFarlane enjoys reading and discussing economic and political theory, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and brothers. He is the proud father of twins.

Mr. McFarlane graduated from Seattle University School of Law and is a member of the Washington State bar.
